John FrankJACOBSadly passed away on Friday 12th December 2025 at the Royal United Hospital, Bath.
A much loved father, survived by Helen, Alan and Alison and grandchildren Martha and Freddie.
Funeral Service will take place on Friday 16th January 2026 at 11am at the Valley Chapel, Haycombe Crematorium Bath.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. Reunited with his beloved Anne. All who knew John are welcome.
Family flowers only, if desired, donations will be shared between Parkinson's UK and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) and can be donated online or left in the donation box at the service.
